One of the things I do often is dance with
Liz Walker and the Gypsy Rhythm Dancers. We really enjoy dancing for public events and we do it for free.
We recently had a performance at the Panama City Library in July, 2009, where we danced Flamenco and Puerto Rican "Plena." We are available free of cost. For more information, and to book a performance, please contact Liz Walker at 624-9732.
The Festival of Nations will take place on Harrison Avenue, Downtown Panama City, in October. This happens every year! We hope to see you there in the middle of the street! There will be booths representing many differenct countries and cultures. Come and enjoy the different booths, food, dancing, and fellowship!
A word of advice from a very beautiful movie star who transcended into the spirit world several years ago, but will not be forgotten:
"For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others."
